How Does It Work?
- Can I just look around the site?
Yes. Visitors can explore the structure of the site to see what's here, but visitors can not access the actual content. Members have access to all content within their subscriptions or groups.
- How much does it cost?
- If I sign up for one category now, can I add another category later?
Yes. Sign in, then go to the Subscribe screen to add other categories.
- If I signed up and want to extend my subscription, for example for 1 more month, how do I do that?
Sign in. Go to the Subscribe screen. Order that category for 1 month. Your subscription will be extended by another month.
- What happens at the end of my subscription?
If you checked the Auto-Renew box on the order form or at My Account, at the end of the subscription we'll automatically re-bill your credit card and renew your subscription for the same period as before, and there will be no interruption of service. If you didn't check Auto-Renew, and didn't extend your subscription, your subscription will expire at the end of the original subscription period.
- How do I cancel Auto-Renew?
Sign in. Go to My Account. Un-check Auto-Renew.
- How do I join?
- Can I cancel my membership part way through and get a refund?
No. Just wait until your membership expires.
- Do you have a deal for groups?
Yes. If your company or organization is interested in a block of seats, contact us. Quantity discounts are available.
- Will you be adding more items to these categories?
That's our plan, but we can't commit to what will be added, when. But, as new items are added to your categories, you'll immediately have access to those items, at no extra charge.
